Divine Honor = ?

I have these Divine Honors of Light but every-time I go to make them into something, I don't have the option.
Forgive me if its something stupid, I'm still rather new to MMOs but can someone explain why i cant trade them in yet? I have enough of them.... Is there a skill I need? I feel kinda dumb.

    in short: it's like selling to a catshop, you have to drag the honors over to the other window from your inventory.

    If for example you want to make weapons you have to drag those Divine Honors of Light from your bag to the manufacturing window, put them into the appropriate slot and it will work.
