Problem with ZEN purchasing

Btw i have this problem that i hadnt recieved the confirmation email for a zen purchase and now i got refunded.

Ill try to redo this payment and we'll see what happens. Id like to make it work before sales ends

well, sry i did a serch by forum user and said i havent wrote anything in this forum, and usualy when they move thread it stays for some time in the wrong place marked witha - which means "moved"

Which payment option did you use when you purchase zen? There shouldn't be any problems when buying zen on the website, unless you did something wrong during the payments.

The payment was right since i got my paypal mail that confirmed the payment to PW europe


The problem is on the PWI part of this, since they are rewiewing my payment. Knowing that this is my 1st purchase i should be able to get the validation mail but i havent.




What bothers me more is that in theyr page where they tell you this you can read a thing like

"if this is your 1st payment you have to verifiy your purchase with the link in the mail we sent. Usually that mail goes into spam folder (i checked and no, is not there). If you still havent recieve this mail you can click on the link we have on the bottom saying resed the verification"

But there's no fking link in there. The only link you can find are my wallet and ticket
