Weapon Options and Questions

Ok we all know there are many Weapon types with in the game. Everyone can see on the class Skill descriptions what type of weapon is allowed and not allowed to use said Skills.

My Question is a simple yet very Confusing one that regards the Fist/Claw class of weapons and a Veno in Fox form. If you Look at the weapon Class for Fist's/Claws these are in many ways Classified as Unarmed Weapons. Thus in Fox Form a Veno should be able to use all skill's from both tree's. However When a Veno is equipped even with the most basic lvl weapon from this class they are unable to use ANY skills what so ever.

My Questions:

1: Is this a oversight and something that has gotten lost in the mix and is this ever going to be fixed?

2: Is the definition of Unarmed combat different in PWI then is recognized everywhere else?
(( Meaning A Martial artist uses gloves and wrapping's for extra protection for his feet and hands yet this does not prevent him from using anything he has learned through out his career as a Martial Artist. ))

3: Will this ever change for a veno to be able to be used with skills?
Seems like to me a Veno would benefit greatly from this class of weapon without any hinderance's.

Any thought's or Info on this would be appreciated.

A glove/claw type weapon is not an unarmed type weapon. Logic dictates since venomancers need magical instruments to use magical abilities, fox form wont be able to use claws properly. (Look at any claw or glove type weapon and find me one that says something other than fist or blade.)
