Multi-Clienting Issue

First of all, I have been told having more than one game client open is now allowed as long as they are two DIFFERENT accounts.
Every time I try to open a second ElementClient.exe ( from the PWI program file ) it gives me the following error:
wtfisthisthing.png
b:puzzled Any idea what this means? It doesn't do anything different if I click yes or no; both options simply make the extra window close.
Edit: It gives the same error if I try to open another client with the patcher.

    That error roughly translates to your system having less thatn 16MB of video memory. You should check your system to see how much memory you have allocated or you can submit the screenshot along with your systems dxdiag in a ticket to Tech Support.
