FB is a call to duty quest you get every x9 levels (with the exception of level 9 and level 49) for the call to duty quest that you'd usually get at level 49 you actually get at level 51, and there simply is no level 9 call to duty.

A BH stands for Bounty Hunter, and is a quest that you receive to kill bosses for exp.

Nirvana is a special lv 100 dungeon that is used for farming for powerful gears.

PK and PvP, are pretty much the same thing: PK=Player kill and PvP=Player vs Player.

If you mean Gold as in in-game coin, you get that by selling items in-game, grinding on mobs, and many other ways, if you mean Gold like out of game coin to buy boutique items, you have to "buy" Gold with real money.

Socket stones you buy from players or from the boutique.
