Yeora, you're in the wrong topic. In this thread we're making fun of Dominus scheming for ganks to get free land. Pointing out that Enrage didn't show up is helping our argument. I mean if you meant to help us then great, but it doesn't seem like that's what you want, so maybe you should run along before you look even more like a tool.

Personal i think Dominus is on the right track. Ok they have taken alot of "free land" but isnt it about accumulating your assests first. If it means eventually they loose some so what, isnt it about having fun as this is just a game. Also as far as i can remember Dominus had a new leader and there is alot to take on taking over a faction but hopefully she is getting alot of support and help from behind the scenes. Give them time and im sure there will be some good TW's to come.

Even though i dont play at the moment and probably the last person to stick up for Dominus i think people should give them a bit of slack .

Thats exactly what this topics title says : Dom = new salad, they take free land. Those that cannot learn from the past are damned to repeat it. What happened to salad when they finally got to real tw for their lands? The most important asset a TW guild can have is practice. The first thing an aspiring TW guild should do is arrange battles with other guilds of similar strength. For Dominus, this means attacking 1v1 against maybe Radiance at every opportunity. What do they gain with tons of free land? Money? You think a few mil a week in this economy will gear up enough people quickly enough to face a guild like GoldDigrz and Enrage? Fat chance. Secondly PvP skills DO in fact get rusty. The more you let your TWing stagnate the harder it will be to pick up the pace when you need to. I'm pretty sure I'm not alone when I say that Friday's TW found a lot of us weekend warriors in Enrage pretty rusty and off-guard despite all the set-up we did in advance. You keep picking no-shows and weak guilds to get land, you will lose them much faster when it's your turn to defend them.

Now this may sound like trash talk but this is probably the closest thing I will ever post for "Dominus' best interest" as Rule would put it. This is how you become a successful TW guild. Of course your mileage may vary; if you're lucky maybe GD or Enrage will have some drama and there will be a mass exodus to Dominus. My bet is if that happened, GD will go to Karma or even Enrage and Enrage will go to GD, so you're probably out of luck there. The best and only asset that matters to you now is practice, and maybe a bit of brains from your leadership so they can figure out how to better organize you in TWs.

Enrage has more experience than you. GD has more money than you. Both of them PK a lot more than you. What in the world made you think getting new land is going to help you close that gap? Really I understand all of you QQing when Enrage held the whole map but after it reset it was the PERFECT opportunity to practice before you all team together to take down the big bad Enrage again, and you're not taking advantage of it.

SO true... and the difference was obvious between Friday and Saturday from 70 min down to 45. Even with 2 wars in the same time.

I saw some of you saying u expected us to TW with GD n Rad just like they were... lolz why should we try to kill each other down when we know another faction above our map is slowly moving down to take down whole map again? and PLEASE dont tell me it's just us Dominus who has been Tw-ing with smaller factions..

Oh and i remember someone saying; Dominus ppl dont pk enough.... do you really want another faction enjoys pk/ks other ppl in this server? Alot of people in Dom; we just like to have fun with other peoples and play along instead of pking n get hated. I dont mean EVERYONE, im saying most of us. Why should we be judged by others because of what we do and how we play this game when it doesn't really harm anybody.

I was only stating that I thought that Dominus would get more enjoyment out of a TW against another guild, take Radiance for example. We all know how much fun a no-show or a steamroll can be....after all, that is what Dominus is after right? Good, fun TWs and not just pocket lining or is it the other way around?

BTW, PK'ing doesn't get you hated. People choose to dislike those who RPK them because they are unable to comprehend that, OMG they're in PK mode, God forbid that someone actually kills them...

I was one of the first members of pizza.I was there when we came up with the name and decided on what dominus would be about.We had all agreed that we wanted fair,fun tws. That in the end we wanted to be better then enrage and be able to stand toe to toe with them 1v1. Dominus has strayed away from that.They haven't been taking fun tws.They picked on a weaker tw faction taking their lands instead of fighting someone on even grounds.Doing exactly what they said they wouldnt when it was formed. If dominus wanted a fun even-fielded tw then they would have bid against rad or drakon or someone who can stand one their own 2 feet instead of running with their tails between their legs. People asked why i left dominos,thats why. They lost their spine,lost the umph that made them fun. Some officers got the holier then you attitude. I love dominus, but its high time you get your asses beat.

first off .....WOW ....just found this thread (i normally dont bother looking in this department of threads)....secondly ...seriously whats the problem? people come and go for their own reasons....as far as tw's go though...IF you were accualy watching the bidding for this past tw, WE BID ON YOU 1ST....wether or not it was "planned" to have GD bid also is unknown to many of us....many of us have made many gear changes and we wanted to test our strength out...as far as us bidding on smaller factions yes it was to work on startagies, cohesivness, ect...however even after talking with their leads prior to the fight and explaining that they would not be steam rolled, they still no show or send very few to us....how is anyone to practice stratagies or anything else......as far as us bidding on Rad or GD, i think (my personal opinion) we would all love to see enrage off the map (you had ur time....and your profit and gear shows it) ...you have no idea how disappointed we all were that enrage no showed us and went to play with GD instead....but thats about numbers right? too bad you cant kick your members into gear and have enough to show up to attack on multiple fronts.....90-100 people online during a dbl tw just goes to show how little some of your members care about how you do....i may not be +10 like so many others but from what ive heard....im a priority target vs enrage...just goes to show you dont have to be a major pvp player to accomplish this (ive never gone white/red named)...and im sry LOR but now i get to voice at you....not everyone can spend reallife coins (i used to a lot, till my job went into the crapper due to this lovely american economy), and people like you who refuse to help others open a measly tt so they can solo farm to earn some coins to better themselves, in the long run hurts your non cash spending members ability to better their gear ect.....all in all were doing what we can to do what we can...**** everyone and find something new to B**** and moan about....with enrages cash spending power of influance, start sending tickets ect to get **** in game fixed...stop moaning and crying about whos bidding on who and why...

The most I will cash shop is fashion and random dyes, ALL of my gear, shards, refines, money came from farming and busting my *** to make something of myself in the game; I have never believed in taking the easy way out, in game or in real life, so S T F U if you don't know what you're talking about. In fact, the only reason that my archer even has rank gear, was because it was a Christmas gift from an ex-girlfriend of mine, so sue me for actually having someone who gives a damn about me?

And yes, you're right, I won't help people open Nirvana or TT. Personally, I think it's selfish of people wanting others to help them open an instance so they can solo/duo it and keep all of the profits. With the amount of people in game you claim that they have money issues, I think it would be more profitable to run the instances with more people. The instance would get done quicker which would, in turn, allow more time for more instances. So, if I, as well as many others, are able to find ways of making money other than solo'ing TT or Nirvana, then everyone else can as well.

And yes Tomb, I would know all too well how disappointing it is to have a faction no show, especially when I was looking forward to fighting them, so take that pity **** and shove it. I also watched the bidding and know who bid on who first, that was never in question, so why bring it up?

Keep in mind that not everyone in Enrage has the ability to claim any amount of the reputation that Enrage has, that was built and established well before the reset. No one was complaining about who bid on who, pay attention, if you had you would have realized that the conversation wasn't "who bid on who and why" but rather individuals posting their opinions on where they thought that Dominus would have gotten the most enjoyment out of TW this past weekend, and honestly, I think the majority of them were right, unless you enjoy no-shows. And how the officer staff handles TW/guild activity is beyond me, I haven't had the urge to ask.

but see thats where your wrong, this whole thread is about who is bidding on who and when, cause they all assume it was a "on purpose gank".....and wether were tryin to steam roll little factions.....and as far as soloing tt, yes it would be in the long run more profitable to do it in squads, however when you have to deal with thieves or people arguing over who gets what and in what order, no its not worth cuttin the time down to run with a group....now for like recently i have run with a few people all with the same goal of outfitting an alt...we run it over and over till we each have enough of said mats to make that item....but as far as me making money when ur not by running solo tts, i have pretty much stopped soloing tts for profit all together just cause its a pain in the **** to find people willing to help open them.....as far as those soloing nirv, shame on anyone selling those keys for less then 300-500k ea....i know some dont get invites cause of their class, but if they stop selling them so cheaply when the profit is so great....then there wouldnt be any solo nirvs goin on at all....anyways....done and out

As far as the TT thing is concerned, that's why I would only run with people I knew and then EVERYTHING is sold and split. And if, by chance, someone needed a mat that dropped, they would be expected pay no more than the lowest AH price for it. There is always a solution to every problem, just have to find it. And the essence of the conversation isn't about bidding, it's about Dominus only attaining new territories when it's either a gank (intentional or not) or declaring on weaker factions, but oh well, TW weekend is over; hopefully next weekend, the turnout will be much better.

@ the siggy issue, try uploading it the website itself under the user CP, get back to me if it still doesn't work.

Unfortunately people will always qq about the strongest. Weather it be of jealousy or cause they got their asses handed to them.As for CS'ing,thats not a very good argument tomb.I know many dominos members that cs just as much or more then any enrage or gd member. Up til recently I cs'd for stupid ****.How ever last week i broke down and got rank 8 with part of my tax refund.If that makes me a evil cat shopper,so be it.If you keep getting in squads with thieves then im sorry thats unfortunate.How ever,with me being a sage barb with no aps I can solo any thing of substance in this game and there for must rely on the help of others.I havent had any mats stolen and ages. I also refuse to open tt or nirvana for people unless they are a friend and even they pay me to do so.Nothing in this world is free and the way i see it,if they are gonna be making a few mil the least they can do is give me a few 100k.If that makes me greedy,o well,funds are hard to get for everyone.
