Has anyone ever did something in a squad that you know they did on purpose but they swear they couldn't help it?...
Today, I was doing my first FC on my Assassin and midway, our tank had to leave like at the Messenger of Fear, so I had to tank, and I did we had like 3 healers and 1 DD..It took a while, but it went smooth...
We got to the EXP room and we ALMOST had the boss killed so we could do the heads, but we couldn't and we decided to invite a tank..We couldn't because the Mystic in the squad went afk for about 2 HOURS with the lead, and didn't pass it to another person for some reason. So We were all mad, and decided to pk her, we went up to her, left squad and was about to kill her...SHE MOVED.
Then she goes "sorry guys had a small e mergency", " lol u killedme? understandible".
After that, my timer went to 0 and I left the cave, then I realized she probably used us to clear to EXP room and QQ for help on global and sell the heads/use it by herself.
How low can people get nowadays, I mean come on, you can't move EXACLTY when we left the squad to kill you. >_>

    lol, must be a very nice run xD

    If the myst was patient to wait for 2 hours till you get mad and kill him he seems to have a lot of time.
    Anyway acting like this is fail imo. But well i think selling slots for a run is fail.

    Its a game right? Why dont ppl play for fun?

    I will never pay a single coin for pt slot. NEVER!

    So no BHs for you if there's a wine fee?

    Same deal here, i try to avoid paying for squads. I might do it IF i know the sq leader by name and experience. But overall, i'd rather wine it myself and leave it to random drops, the cost of wines won't make me broke anyways.

    I've seen lots of players being super-active during FCC and then going totally AFK at exp room(Mosts of the times they weren't squad leaders).Its annoying since usually no one wanna take the responsibility after waiting a while to proceed and make the afk'er lose the exp for not activating Hyper.Most remain silent and secretly hoping that someone else says"Let's do this anyway",so they don't have to feel guilty themself.

    Same here, though I'd wine it with a cheap fee. The reason I rarely join a squad where there's a wine fee, is because people generally overprice it. I'd much rather join a free-wined run and hope the winer gets some nice drops :D

    I'd think "naming" and "valid" 'shaming' might be mandatory, with a 3-strikes-your-out -pointed-out policy, you have to explain yourself policy. It isn't quite drama, it's more real with screenshot, of course. The forum is here if the person wants to defend themselves with a valid reason and not a half cocked/crocked excuse.

    actually (if you had a seeker in your party?) i was partied with a seeker and he was talking about a story just like you are saying, about a mystic went AFK for hours and he missed the exp room cause he dc'd and she never invited him back.

    yea it sucks. just blacklist the person, dont party with them again. i dont think its a scam, but i think its a bunch of BS to go afk for so long ... i mean, if its such an emergency then they should log off ~_~

    Is it me or is it that everyone is using the "small emergency excuse". Had so many squads afk and then come back saying its was a small emergency..thats bs..cause if it was an emergency I would think you would leave squad or log off to go help or whatever..ijs. But always get lead when someones about to afk..

    I have had similar happen to me numerous times, I just leave squad after 10 minutes and blacklist them. (This happens less as I usually only run with people I know)

    Seriously it should be pointed out that some people are using Silkworms in FCC and that any afking at all isn't acceptable, etticit people, if you have to afk, pass lead even if it is for a quick bio break and don't QQ that the next boss/mob pull has been done while you were away, like I said some people are using XP enhancers (Obviously not when 2 x is on) and have varying amount of time to do certain things. Why should 5 other peoplehave to wait for YOU!?

    Maybe PWI can come up with a voting system like in Counter Strike ? Where a player launches a vote to kick/ban another player from the server and players are voting, this is a great way of dealing with hackers. Maybe with similar system squad members can start a poll if they should kick some other member ... I don't know, just thoughts.

    Wow, that is LOW. Let me tell you my story.

    I try forming an FC squad, spending 200k on teles, FINALLY getting a rainbow squad and everything. It took us 3 damn hours of hell to reach the heads room, because everyone was randomly getting DC, lag, killed, everything. Horrible run. When we finally reach the heads room, this level 100 archer asks me for lead...I thought it was very suspicious, since the squad was full. Then everybody starts raging at me, calling me a jerk, brat and many other insulting names, telling me to pass the damn lead to the archer, so she can "try something". Really odd, if you ask me.

    I told them I would kick everyone if they don't start the damn pull, and they start raging even more. They were acusing me of trying to sell the heads room, when it was me who put the squad together and spent a lot of coin on teles trying to get more people. I created this awkward tension and everybody just cracked and had to obey me. SO, it seems this scamming trend is really picking up on Archosaur and people just don't trust eachother anymore...

    The good thing is I'm not a scammer, and we finished that run, although everybody was terrified that I was gonna kick them. What has this game become ??? You tell me.

    So you think... that someone joined a FC squad with the intention of stealing the heads. And her plan was to sit there and stare at the screen for TWO HOURS and waited for you guys to leave squad? So waiting for 2 hours (when she could've just kicked you guys), to sell the heads for how much, 2 mil total at the most? You really believe that was the plan? Are you ****ing ****?

    No, no, no, no, a 1000x no! This makes it so that if you squad with people in other factions they can all choose to boo you after they've cleared through to the heads. Sure the leader can still do that, but at least there is protection if you at least have met the leader before. At least it isn't any tom, ****, and harry like a bm who doesn't stun and then calls you a fail cleric when you die through the bubble. Can you imagine all the WC drama this would cause when these guys all ready team to steal drops? Divorces? you've been kicked from squad, also i'm divorcing you.

    Yeah I'm guessing you're right. If she had lead I see no reason for her to wait that long, she could have just kicked them. I think she just got lucky with the timing, she even told them she didn't blame them for killing her. She probably just had a true small emergency and forgot to log. I've done that before, never on a run, but I've come back and found my char dead where I was grinding when something sudden in real life got my attention. Like my dog ran out the door when my brother came home and we had to chase him down the street and look for him. Took me an hour, as soon as he ran off I jumped from seat didn't bother taking the time to log off. IT did not even occur to me. I came back and I was dead, killed by mothran dazzlewings. Of course, like I said I'm far more considerate when its other people's time I'm wasting. But it's not outside the realm of possibility that something pulled her away suddenly and she ran off. If she was a mystic, why did you even need her to do the pulls? I would have just done them and left, personally. Her hypers be damned.

    in theory this isn't a horrible idea, but that would assume people to be honest and we all know in general they are not.

    Or maybe she got pissed that you pked her and didn't wanna invite you back? She might not even have been aware that she was leader and just assumed you would kick her out after a while. Why did u let someone stand afk for 2 hours in Frost anyway o.o I would just have re-started the instance if leader was away that long, not cleared it up to heads for them.

    Why did you guys leave the party anyway. If you thought the leader was afk you would also have known that no one could invite you back once the timer started. You said you didn't know that she was back when you dropped party to kill her.

    Maybe she did sell the instance it or gave her friends free exp, i dunno the player. Maybe its an ******* scammer. But she might also have gone back to her irl-emergency or logged out, not bothering with angry in-game messages.

    I was doing a BH 100, wave 2 only. All squad members are level 100+.

    Barb (faction)
    Cleric (faction)
    BM (faction)
    Veno (faction)
    Archer (me)
    Archer (non-faction)

    The non-faction Archer was/is a friend of our BM, and was invited through him. When the mobs arrive, the other archer does not barrage. He does occasionally used AoE. He mainly used Demon Quickshot and normal attacks against the mobs while I provided most of the AoE damage. I mentioned in faction chat that this archer is being cheap and that I was (unusually and possibly irrationally) pissed about this. I wanted him to be kicked from the squad; fortunately (maybe) he was not kicked, b/c the veno was 1k-ed later in the run.

    The only time he Barraged was when I died during wave 2. He was using the skill when I returned from respawn, and when I brought up Barrage again, he dropped his.

    The BM had whispered him and then told us in faction chat that the other archer had an emergency and couldn't commit full attention to the run. The emergency? His son was having a seizure.

    Note: The archer was not a dumb player who did not know what to do in an RB. It was not a coincidence that he brought up Barrage when I died and stopped it when I returned. He is also a member of a highly ranked PK faction. This is not a criticism against PK factions, just an indication that the player did actually know what to do.

    I'm gonna assume the 2 hour afk was an exaggeration,otherwise every single person in that squad would have been total idiots waiting that amount of time,nvm the leader allegedly wanting to sell heads...
    How to be pro at all recent COD games,lay claymore behind you at exit to room,lie down and shoot anyone coming in front door,rinse and repeat.

    Best of all,after a few kills the game will play itself and bump your k/d to new highs with its killstreaks system!

    One time I was doing fc on my sin, probably when it was 9x. At heads, I saw one of the other sins in squad meditating. I calmly asked for lead and kicked him. 10 seconds later, he stops meditating and starts swearing; I invite him back, and he refuses. Flames me for a good 5 minutes about how what I did was unfair.     Just be careful of doing this with Mystics... They LOOK like they're doing nothing, when in fact, they are doing quite a bit (making salad, sending mana to their summon, etc).

    I'll observe for a while, and if someone does something like what you kicked for over the course of a few bosses, I'll boot 'em.

    Also, if you have an 82 Barb tanking, and a 92 Archer DDing, they're gonna not pew pew at first, probably for a while, because... They probably don't wanna tank. XD
