reseting genies affinity / skills

First of all im hoping its right place for this thread. Ok so my question is what will happen with skills of my genie if i will reset it affinity points with Stone of Refreshment? Will they just dissappear or something?

    They will be greyed out and unusable until you add the needed affinity points or unlearn them.
