    So the day before yesterday I checked my catshop and mailed money and a leather top from my catshop to my main char. It was 7 million and all the money I had from selling my clothes so I was pretty upset when time passed and it never showed up. I checked all my chars then put in a ticket and tried to shrug it off. I also checked this forum to see if anyone had a similar experience and what the outcome was but didn't really find anything. So I'm posting my outcome :)

    Today I got on and checked and the GMs had already fixed the problem. I was expecting it to take ALOT longer. I had just woke up that day still groggy and had my hubby buggin me and apparently my head was up my butt. I had mailed the stuff to somebody one letter off from my char name and the GM's sent it all back. The ticket explained what had happened and said be careful in the future.

    So I just have to say wow, I'm impressed! Also a few weeks ago I had a glitche in the cube and GM sancwei showed up and was super nice :) I haven't had customer service this great in a game in years and after my last game it's refreshing. Thanks to PWI and the smexy GM's :)

      Yep Kat I was :) So I came back and posted the results so people would know.


      And yes I know it takes an hour for mail to arrive....but unfortunately I was lagging and mistyped and sent my stuff to "Emberwyn" instead of ME, Emberwynn. It was totally my mistake but awesome the GM's fixed it.
