Weres the FB29 quest

I am level 29 and i have got no quest for fb 29 can Anybody tell me why?

    is your culti done? and did you talk to the right npc to get the quest... the guy is near general summers... here is a link that will help you a lot in your questions...

    Yeah the NPC that gives you the culti is near General summers but you need to finish you're Culty quests to get the next ones

    There's a metric ton of culti you need to do which you can start at level 22 and finish at level 29 before you can get the tab and quest for FB29. FB39 and 51, culti is unconnected to FBs, but starting at 59, you have to kill bosses in your FBs to finish culti.
