Where do you guys refine your gear without mirage stones and without faction owning the land

    You get a higher percentage in different lands, (some people say its a lie)

    Uhm read his question.... he isn't asking where he can get the materials he wants to know where he should go to have the best chance % wise on high refine.

    There is no way to refine without using mirages.

    Mayfly tells the truth. you need mirages, and it doesn't matter where you use them.
