urgent! need some help :(

Hi, I have quite an annoying problem, i can choose server and push the start button, log in, then i'm having the screen where there's a big circle on the ground where i guess my character should stand on, but i can't create any character, there is nothing but two buttons with 'start' and 'exit' , and the start button doesn't works.. I can't wait to play the game but i just can't? can someone please help me? :(

    Yes i verified the files.. don't know what's the problem :( other games like Jade Dynasty are working perfectly..

    what's your screen resolution, if you're running fullscreen? if you're running the game in a window, what's its resolution?

    Its very good, that's not the problem. But now i can't even uninstall it.. what is happening >.< i'm still searching...

    ok, what's your aspect ratio? this matters; the game doesn't like widescreen, and tends to leave off the top and bottom of the UI if you use a 16:9 ratio.

    hmm that might be the problem... but where can i find/change this?

    Are you in windowed mode? If you switch to windowed mode and click to drag the window to the resolution of your monitor, you should be able to see the character create, and modify buttons.     Already found it :D it was the screen resolution >.< thanks all !! b:victoryb:kiss
