I can log into the game but not my account on the website

As the title states, I have another account, not the one i'm posting with here obviously, but with it I can log into the game and play but when i try to log into the website with the SAME username and password it says "invalid password or username, please try again" I have cleared all cookies, tried multiple computers and login spots and nothing works. Someone please help me get my account back so i can deposit my zen on this character. Oh, I have also submitted 5 tickets to support and gotten 2 replies back, both of which i replied too and never heard anything back!! WILL ONE OF YOU ADMINS PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have tried your live chat and it never works so this is my last option, otherwise I'm screwed. Contact me through the email on this account or post back here soon please. Thank you.

    Please change your password to have ONLY English letters and numbers in it. No spaces, no special characters at all.

    The games do not accept some special characters for passwords, even though the website account page does.

    Please check the spelling and capitalization.

    When using the website, try clicking on the Login button on the web page after typing in your username and password, instead of pressing the Enter/Return key on your keyboard.

    Try clearing the cookies and cache of your web browser, and restarting your computer.
    Do you need help learning about patching the game, installing it, changing antivirus/firewall settings, changing network settings, learn how to use a computer, keeping your PC maintained and more?

    I have another account that i cannot log in on both forum and game.Let me expalin in details..It was my archer diva_da_arch lvl 100 in Archosour server, i was farming herbs in Hell and i got dc'ed,and when i try to log in it says 'incorrect user or password'.I tried on forum too but cannot log in,ive sent ticket like 5-7 times and i got a replied ' your account is not ban,u will be able to log' but till date i cannot log in,i dont use any special charctyers for my passworrd,Ive ask so many times for GM on game and got no reply for GM,and i really need my archer account back,i did evrything i can like sent ticket and all but non work at a moment so if GM can explain to me il be very thankfull and email me at this account mail and I freaking need that archer account before rep sales endb:sadb:sad
