coin and items missing in game bank plz help

hello my name is luke iv been playing pwi for the better part of a year and a half.
over the last month i have found things missing in game bank as well as coin missing from my main player jakerubus.
i am not shoure as to weather this is a hacker geting into my account or it maybe my younger brother loging in and takeing the items and coin i would like to requst a activity report for my pwi account if it is possable as so i can see if it is my younger brother or a hacker.

would this be possable ?

first thing to do is change your password and NOT tell your brother (account sharing even to family members is still a bannable offence as far as i can tell) - then he won't be able to get in and 'use/remove' stuff.

second thing - I don't think PWE will give you a full activity report - that is thousands of microtransactions between your pc and the server. but to find out if they will or not you need to raise a support ticket - follow the big support button at the top of the page.

tbh i had once same issue a week ago. i farmed TT Mats on one day and all mats been gone on next day.
Nothing else was missing. No coins, no gear, nothing, just the mats that i needed to make my TT90 gear.
But i know that PWI wont do anything unless you dont have a screenshot saying you had them and now dont (like i would make any screenshot everyday to prove i had it -facedesk-).

And no i have no silblings, i live alone, noone has my pass except my fiance (he never been on my account tho and doesnt play the game anymore, and even if what for he would need m mats xD and only of this one day lol)

to Shulkie thank you for the advise however it is not a bannable offence to give out your details to othere players or to family ( just sometimes stupid) yes thats me none the less these's things happen i will try to put a ticket in thank you.

to ColdSnow i have had othere items go missing from my bank befor but i had it code passworded within the game that my younger brother did not have im now puting it down to a glick within pwi servers something that no matter how much you maytain the game it will always happen. i am sorry to hear what happend to you and hope it dosent happen again.
