Some questions about seeker

Hi there. I'm just 47 lvl and newbie at this server (seeker is my first char) and I want to ask question about it, may I?

1. Is Seeker rank III/IV very good at this lvls? I don't know, is it important? Will be it good for seeker at 60 lvl or no? Does it costs it's money? For example archer's rank armor have good bonus - -0.05 interval. http://www.pwdatabase.com/pwi/items/12663, and seeker's rank have againist it just Reduce Physical damage taken +1%. Will be this rank armor for seeker necessary as archers? Do I need to buy it to be more defended as opposed of another seeker but in just 3* armor? Sorry if I ask question at this sub-forum (that's why I don't know where I can ask it, I tried to ask in-game, but nobody answered to me).

    Yes, the Seeker's R4 gear is good at its lvl. I had it, and it worked fine. As you get higher up in lvl's, I suggest going for 3* gear though (until you can get more Rank gear). Just keep a lookout on the phys. def and other stats.

    EDIT: When you hit 70, start getting TT gear.
