    No.

If you want -interval on that level, you have a few options:
    1. Energetic Robe: Wraithgate
    2. Bracers of Bloodmoon
    3. Hook and Thorn

For your wrists, you could also use random crafts with -0.05.

If you see b:cute be sure to take a second, calm look at anything I said.

It kind of depends on where you want to go with your character, or rather what you have time to farm/can afford. Here are some things to be aware of:

    - If you do DQ or can afford to buy Copper and Silver Orders, then the TT 80 Gold Bracers aren't worth it. This is because there is a Lvl 60 Mold called Bracers of Blood Moon that gives double the -int (.10 instead of .05, and has better stats overall if I remember right). These Bracers can also be sold to other players when you reach 99.

    - If you can't afford the Orders, than TT 80 Gold is your next best option at 80 to increase your attack speed. These bracers can easily last you until 99 (if you wish to ignore the next bit). The TT 80 Gold can't be sold to players and will stay on your character unless you Account Stash them or sell them to an NPC.

    - If you have/want to farm the TT 70 Green Wrists, you can turn those into the TT 80 Green Wrists (which have no -int). However, at 90, the TT 80 Green can turn into the TT 90 Gold, which have .10 -int. The TT 90 Gold is the same as the TT 80; it can't be sold to players, etc. Keep in mind these wrists require a lot of TT farming to make, as you have to get/make the TT 70 wrists, then make them into the TT 80 Green, and finally into the TT 90 Gold. That's about 10 mats for each upgrade.

And that's basically everything you need to know.

Now you just need to decide what's worth it to you!

(Note: it is possible to go from the TT 80 Gold to the TT 90 Gold if you want to do all the farming. The TT 80 doesn't require a Souledge, so all you have to worry about are the mats.)
A sword can cut a man in twain, but words can shake a fortress to the ground.

Make the Tt80 Lunar Chaser Bracers. Get random craft int 0.05 bracers u can find em between 200k - 1mil but it'll take a while looking through the auctioneer. At lv 90 make General's Bracers. -0.1 int will last u until u get ashura's brachers at lv 99. U'll rip up everyone if u got those bracers. They cost around 5mil-6mil to make -2mil if u already go the tt80 souledge. Ofc u can't get that 5-6mil back they are bound.

    thanks guys for the help.

Where can i get most of the stuff (except the tt) such as the energect robe? I saw the lunar glade one in the PW trader thing but that's going to be costly.

Iker your idea about the random craft sounds like a good idea but is there an actual name for it? (yes i'm nub >_>) and bracers of blood moon cost like..20mil if i can even find it =/

So far the only REASONABLE idea is to make the tt80 gold especially since i only have a couple mil and have absolutely no idea how to make good money.

And i guess i forgot to put this on but, i have r4 chest and hook and thorns that are int so far
