Transfer gold to another server

I am playing with a group of friends and they have all decided to switch servers (from Heaven Tears pve to Harshlands pvp) and start over. Unfortunately, right before that I purchased 60 gold (one time 50 and then another 10) and I transfered this to Heaven Tears. From this gold I didn't spend 54 yet.

I sent in a ticket asking if this gold (54) could be transfered from Heaven Tears to Harshlands (our switch of server is permanent and I'm already closing in on lvl60 on Harshlands), but this was over a week ago and still no reply (but the ticket did update twice, which makes me wonder why there is no reply attached to the update). I don't know how long these things normally take but since there have been several interesting sales already that I would have liked to take advantage of I was hoping it would be faster.

If it would be possible and you guys would be so kind to transfer this gold for me I would be very grateful! I'm hoping to buy rep badges among other things and although this sale will go on for a while longer I'm worried I might not have my gold before it ends.

PS: my registered email-address is no longer valid. I don't know if this might affect communication and I already sent in an email to support about this matter but I'm just pointing it out again. I'm not sure how to change my registered email-address.

    We answer these tickets in the order received and do not reply until we have resolved the issue. Your ticket is assigned to the correct person to handle the issue and we will be able to fulfill your request when it has reached the front of the queue. We advise that you do not reply to that ticket again as this only bumps you backwards in line since the ticket time gets updated when you send additional replies. I have made sure that your issue will be resolved within this work week.
