How to re-register my account? Please reply :/

The below is both my email to PWI tech support, and the reply (in bold). The only thing is, I have no idea how to re-register my account? I wanted to sign up for my zen account, however I got no email back with the code. So how do I re-register my account? I'd be really grateful if anyone could help b:surrender

When you go through the registration process again, make sure you confirm your registration information on the second page by hitting the "Create" button.

Despite having requested my zen activation number quite a number of times, I still have not received the activation number necessary to activate my zen account. I would be grateful if you could remedy this quickly and effectively.
