Cube glitches

Last week at some point I got to room 49, had no bomb and got teleported back and had to start over. The day before yesterday I got to room 50 and was stuck in the cube with no quest lighting up and no reward. I restarted and had the same dilemma. A GM told me to submit a ticket.

Since then I have not had a successful cube completion. Today I was room 34 and about to pay my do-all cards when somebody set off the fate ball. Somebody died so I went over to look and couldn't leave. So I went back to pay the cards and couldn't and realized my puzzle cube was gone. I had a bomb so I waited for it to expire so I could restart. I also checked my quest log to dump quests and it wasn't full and I didn't have any other cube quests hanging it up. I didn't get another dice or cube and wasn't able to do anymore. Relogging did not help.

I'm getting concerned with this many cube glitches. I've been doing the cube for several months now and never had these issues before.
