Let allied faction members to Help in TW

My suggestion: Allow a small group of allied members to be called for TW and help an allied faction. This way alliances wont be as useless as they are nowadays.
For example: TW has a max limit of 80 members: 70 regular faction members and a max of 10 allied members allowed to participate.
This change allows a group of small allied factions to actually work together to beat bigger ones by combining efforts with their strongest members.
Since this is meant for small factions and not to benefit already powerful ones there is a restriction:
"You can't summon allies if you own more than 4 lands"

Sounds pretty good. I like how you think it would have to be limited to avoid abuse by powerful factions. I'd also add a requirement that summoned allies themselves can't own more than 4 lands.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]

Thanks for your input, pretty much required or a dominating faction will make an alt faction and summon 10 of their mains into that TW.0 -
Instead of 10, I'd make the cap of allied forces 12 due to the fact that squad size is limited at 6 people. This would give you the option of having 2 full allied squads, or mix the people up. It is a little irregular, yes, but this could be countered by upping the total max players in TW to 82. But this would give a irregular squad for the main faction.
Another idea would be to up the total cap to 84, allowing for 12 full squads from the main faction and 2 full squads from the allied forces.
If you insist on having round numbers on every number, then you'd have to raise the cap to 90 players. For the main participating faction the cap would be 12 full squads and for allied faction 3 full squads.
This would also make it easier to topple the dominating factions that own more than 4 lands due to the fact that they can only bring 80 people against possible 90 people. And since the system allows for 3 simultanious attacks, it means that a faction of 200 people with more than 4 lands has to face hypothetical 270 people on their own.0 -
i was glad to see the idea of allainces finally got thrown into the game, seen it been called for several times since i came to PW. too bad they just seemed to just throw it in there just for kicks.
can someone post exactly what are the benifits of allaing atm? i heard they don't even give you an allaince chat lol, that's pretty fail. when i sugested allainces this idea that the OP posted is what i had in mind, altho i admit i was thinking of a larger number than 10 ppl being allowed to help0 -

I like it.
Though is it 80 participants max in any combination of Faction members and Allied members (maximum of 10 allied members)?Finding Solutions to many of your problems starts by looking in the mirror and accepting a small measure of responsibility0 -

Lol makes me think back to when Calamity owned all of Dreamweaver Map. 3 Factions attacking daily. About as close an alliance attack as was possible. But yea back on topic I agree with this. There's more to making a judging than everything being in black and white. The decision making process is a puddle of grays.
