Blacksmith Lv 6

Hello,

I'm currently at lv 5 blacksmith and I want to hit lv 6. I saw an item in the boutique called "Blacksmith training I" saying that it would quickly train my lv.

Would this item make me go from lv 5 Blacksmith to lv 6 bypassing all the 2* items and stuff that are needed in order to do it?
