Summon running on the cloud. Glitch or not?

I don't know if this has been asked before on forum (or if it is a glitch) but the devil (first mystic summon) is running even when he is flying on the cloud. The second summon does not (it takes an action stance). Is this a glitch thet came with the latest patch or the devil did that since the earthguard race came?

    the devil sometimes does not land propely, just run away a bit and force it to finish landing. it can attack from the air, and thus it does when it thinks the mob is in the air

    I think it's about the fact that IN THE AIR, while flying the devil chihu is running. This is obviously a glitch that occured in a recent patch because as I recall (I may be wrong) it did not run. Here's a link that a player recorded in the chinese version:

    As you can see the devil does not run while flying on the cloud.
