I updated to ver 508, unreadable error occured.

I installed Chinese language pack, rebooted, disabled antivirus, and error is still in no readable language (not Chinese).

    i have the same problem same exact error message how do you fix it?

    run dxdiag and see if Direct3d acceleration is enabled. If not, download the latest video driver from your manufacturer and perform a clean install. (Clean install is an option under advanced settings.)
