are the General Bracers bound when you put them on? and is anyone selling any?

    TT80 LA bracers are used to make the TT90 Gold Bracers (aka General's Bracers).

    Cost shouldnt exceed 6 mils I guess if you buy the gold mats using mysterious chips.

    And yes it is bound upon wearing.

    Would cost ~ 6 mil for the 90 Bracers not including the Souledge (at least on DW). Then the souledge needs 2 sets of bracers made for it (those green mats cost 100-200k a piece, making them 1.5-2.5mil for the souledge). Should cost >10mil for the mats in total.

    any gold under tt 99 i feel is completely useless compared to the green versions if you get tt 80 gold. its bound and takes room up unless you npc it. then tt 90 is the same way. tt99 is basically endgame.
