Hi, recently it has come to my attention that my account name and password were both leaked. I don't know exactly how, but I want to prevent any form of hacking before it occurs. I already know of the solution about changing my password, but forgot the answer to my secret question. So all I want to know is whether I should submit a ticket to have my answer to that question emailed to me, or wait for a biased solution to this problem. I also forgot how to submit a ticket, so can someone help walk me through the steps or something..... ?
