Where i find the book for our 79 Skills?

You have to craft it with 20 apocalypse pages (you can get those with tokens, they come out by stacks of 5) and 10 medium ink, which can be bought at the merchant in OHT or at 1k forges. Then you craft them in a forge in OHT, EG books are in the "refine" section. If tokens are at around 10k each on your server too, one of the book should cost you about 1.7 mil coins (and 1 mil spirit to learn them, ofc).

Um, what or where, is OHT?

At level 70 you start the Lost Empire quest chain. The reward gives you a Chrono Key with which you can enter the OHT map by talking to the npc on the north side of the central Archosaur platform (called Messenger of Time, I think). At level 80, 90, and 100 you get another chain to open more maps in OHT.
