When are agents available on live chat?

On support.perfectworld.com, there's an option to have a live chat which says their hours are 10 AM - 12 PM, 1:30 PM - 6 PM, yet they're never available.... Since it doesn't specify whether this is PST or EST time (my server is EST time, but PWI seems to be held in PST time overall), I've tried both time zone times and still nothing... for several nights now. Is there some trick to actually getting them available? Help pl0x.

    Never saw them online as well, so i think its for show.
    If i m trolling and spamming on forum...then i cant sleep and need a good laugh

    I talked to a GM on live chat once, like 6 months ago. I don't think they do that anymore though.

    Send a ticket. If you're lucky, you only have to wait one week to get an answer. b:shutup

    It's PST. I talked to a GM on live chat a few days ago, so they are available, just keep trying. b:surrender

    They are almost never available during normal business hours, or ever for that matter. Better to send a ticket & get a few automated messages, than waste your time trying to snag a GM from Live Chat support.
