Quest help?

So I recently made another seeker account.
I just installed the new patches on my game, and began to play today.
I finished a seeker quest, before I leveled up to level 7. I've made about 3 other characters, and I have never run into this issue. Do I have to go and kill things before I find another quest?

    You should NEVER run out of starter quests for Earthguards - Eguards get the most starter quests out of all five races. Go to the "Find Quests" tab in your quest log to see them all.
