Log in, Crash, Error Report

Okay so I log in, game crashes as soon as my character is logged fully in, their isnt even time to hit the fly key and the game crashes and get the error report. Needless to say I have sent in about 6 reports but doubt they will have any effect for I have noticed in the past they haven't.
This only happens on one of my characters. The others log in fine and stay logged in. I had a friend log her in on his computer and it did the same thing for him. So why does my other stay logged in and this one crashes the program?

try holding a movement key as you're logging in (like push and hold 'w' as your character is logging in) Every once in a while I get stuck in some spot that causes my client to crash, and if you can move a fraction of an inch anywhere.. it'll let you out. If it crashes the first time.. try another key (like 's') or something. It's always worked for me in the past :P

A friend of mine once had this problem, with only one character. He had to go to the element client folder and delete some logs, but I don't remember which ones unfortunately.
