Prepaid Card Issue.....

So I went to the 7-11 store and they sold me 4 cards, 2 $10's and 2 $50s and I have the receipt for them(PWI prepaid cards-the one with the lion, and the guy and the girl on it). I went to cash it in and I first cashed in the first 2 $10s then one of the $50. I went to cash in the last $50...and the code wont work. The receipt says all 4 cards have been activated and I tried looking at the PIN on the card carefully and trying it different ways to see if it would work. It wont give me the 5000 zen on it. I heard there is a limit on how much zen u can get daily and with first 3 cards I have 7000 zen. Does adding 5000 more zen surpass the limit and prevent the card from giving me the gold? It keeps saying "The pin entered is invalid. Please enter another." I payed $50 legit dollars for this and I really want the gold, Im a weekly buyer($20 a week) and I support PWI all the way...I need this resovled before I buy more.

P.S. Fixed....1 number in the PIN didnt look like the number it was supposed to be. I tried all the numbers until I got the right one. Delete this at free will.
