Odd issue with account

CptMaggots - Lost City

Ok, so I got this kinda fixed, but I wanted to see if there was

A. A reason this happened
B. Other people that experienced this
or
C. A way to see if the devs/gms can look into it to prevent it in the future.


Ok, so as soon as I saw maint finished today I went to log on to my main account. As soon as I did, it said Incorrect username/password. Thinking I made a typo, I tried again. And again. At this point I was freaking out cause I thought I got banned (though I have no clue WHAT I would have gotten banned for...) so I go to log on my email and the website to see if I got anything about it. Nothing.

At this point I try again, and type REALLLY slow to make absolute sure no typos. Still nothing. So I log on to my alt account, and get in no problem. I once again log into the website, using the exact same acc info I tried logging into the game, and get in instantly. I just randomly decide to try changing the password, and lo and behold... once I did that I could log on again. Seems like a very strange bug that scared the **** outta me, and again, just wanted to see what could have caused this b:shocked
