Just wanted to say your post was the most annoying I've seen in a long time.

And I don't even mean the comments, just the way it was written. Actually, I don't know what the contents are because of the way it was written, my eyes couldn't handle it.

    Thought you should know b:bye

    QFT

I have no idea how you managed to make it do that, I hope it wasn't your fault.

Thanks to Silvy for the awesome sig!

actually i really liked it, it was humble and sincere as well as respectful.

not only that but it also had what i wanted in it, a personal account as a wizard, without all of the mine is bigger then your's mentality that a lot of posters (you know who you are) can't seem to get over.
speaking of getting over, i think a lot of you could learn from him and take his example and just get over yourselves.

They were commenting on his writing format and not the actual content in the post. I
    mean
if you had to read something written like this every post, it
    would
be a pain in the *** to browse the forums. Standardized formatting should be used in helping people read what
you write. If people just wrote like this all the time, I wouldn't even bother reading any posts. For example, it
    took
double the effort to decipher his post as it would any normal post.

Is it bad I understood that perfectly on the first try?
Sins are Scissors. Psychics are Rocks.
Archers, Venos, Barbs, Wizards, BMs, Mystics, Seekers are Paper.
    ...and Clerics are Mushrooms.
Paper beats Rock. Scissors beats Paper. Scissors also happens to beat Rock...until Rock gets 50k+ soulforce at which point Rock becomes an unstoppable killing machine that beats Paper... and would beat Scissors but it can't find Scissors, because Scissors are invisible.
So Scissors beat Paper and avoids Rock, and that is called BALANCE. -cheze

No no, that just proves you're literate. At least his post was better than the other trolls with their wall of text who cant use paragraphing and don't even bother to put a TL: DR at the end to tell me what they're trying to say. >_>
    just a few questions
at what level does the wizard really come into his/her own?
would anyone like to share a good non pvp wizard moment?

Being a Wizard is not for everyone. If you like:

    1. Dying often
    2. Actually learning that element types are there for a reason (amazing I know)
    2. Not being able to find squads unless with friends or at higher level
    3. Always getting killed in PvP until you're level 80~ish
    4. An actual challenge in PvE and PvP.
    Then wizard is for you.

For those who don't want to invest massive amounts of coin, time, and patience; I highly recommend you re-roll as say a Sin/Fist-bm (as if other kinds exist >_>)/veno/barb anything that is basically point click-walk away. Because you're really wasting your time.

But keep in mind I'm a Wizard main and I love my char to death, but sometimes... Sometimes...

Also FOW is epic in pve and pvp. Don't neglect it. Learning to play a wiz is all about learning how to play it with versatility. I can't tell you how many times my heal has saved a squads ***. yes 70s Bhs wiz shines, 90ish you can solo fb59 to farm rep ( if you're old school), 80s watch your *** cause pole/ nob will flook you up but damn you can pack a punch here , 90s you CAN tank all but sty in 79 ( poor butthurt fleshream spamming barbs) as well as a phys class if not better and at 100+ you can tank Warsong Boss, epic in RB, great sacrificial lamb in TT (lol), and so much more. So, for those that bash a wiz in pve, perhaps you've never rolled witha decent one ( I won't say great cause I know there is always room to learn) or you might be a wiz that never learned how to fully embrace your class, and just has OP gears. Stop trying to [revent people from leveling their wizzy because you are afraid they might actually turn out to be better than you and make you look bad because you rely on gear alone. ( oh btw be careful with force of will or you will run sealed mob right into others and cause a mass agro issue, and combine Will of Phoenix with gush to slow mobs down long enough for your other kite skills to cool down)

80k hyper stones have really made average people think they are exceptional, haven't they?

Back in the day (you know, before hyper exp stones even existed - gasp!), this was what every wizard knew.
Most epic pve moment was this past week in Nirvana. (OMG A WIZ IN NIRVANA) I learned that with my uber holy path genie I too can run chests

And holy path is a wizard only genie skill? Not sure why this makes anyone a good wizard, or makes a wizard a good choice for Nirvana. Or was your point something else? I honestly can't tell.
Twice the peeps got the seals and didn't click (fml) BUT, twice my 3 spark was epically timed and left me the only one alive.

Hmm, 3 spark wizard only too? You get my point. Everything you've said has nothing to do with a wizard, only how awesome you claim (rightly or wrongly, how am I to know) yourself to be.

Yes, yes, your very wonderful I'm sure. Not sure why that's relevant here.
I was able to take boss hp down, run chests, save from a reset ( I'm sure lag would have prevented the peeps from sealing add again) and live long enough to get all rezzed by our trainee cleric. Once the aps person had agro I was able to heal them while everyone got it back together. I have never been so proud of my squishy Chan/crit phys def build ****. xD

And but for a trainee cleric, they wouldn't have needed you at all. Which kind of IS the point, isn't it? Holy path, triple spark for debuff, there is nothing really wizardly at all about these pve moments.

Here, here's the epic pve moments in a wizards life, with very few if any exceptions:

    1. First use of knock-back and/or seal on mobs. After dealing with running away from mobs to kill them for so long (well, back when people actually played lvls 1-60), that feels soooo good, no? For a few days, anyway.

    2. Sutra - casting/killing that fast - again, a few days of wow, including your first few sutra TP (in PVP, so kinda off topic i know) and sutra morning dew (to heal the tank when the cleric goes down).

    3. Tanking Zimo - c'mon, everyone is scared to do it the first time - you all remember.

    4. Gamma/Delta - tanking that many mobs at once, not realizing how much the aura's enhance your ability to keep up dragon breath, thats kinda cool. Kinda the same thing with Frostcovered City.

All tolled, basically 4. And noone is special for doing them. All wizards who actually play a wizard have done them. Many times.

EDIT: guess i forgot one: first use of ultis, especially bids and bt. Some of the coolest looking skill animation in the game. Not really sure if thats a pve "moment", since it would look just as cool casting it on a chicken. But cool just the same.

That was back in the day for me. Wow. So long ago I hardly remember it (at least a year+). I always grind my chars the first 40 lvls so I can learn to play them correctly. Sad that not too many others do the same. >_< Stupid hyper babies.

    2. Sutra - casting/killing that fast - again, a few days of wow, including your first few sutra TP (in PVP, so kinda off topic i know) and sutra morning dew (to heal the tank when the cleric goes down).

Good old Sutra. I never use it unless I'm in PvP. I'm still surprised at how many wizards just let tanks die if the cleric cant puri fast enough. Kinda stupid Imo.

    3. Tanking Zimo - c'mon, everyone is scared to do it the first time - you all remember.

I still do this on occasion, nothing like running one of the only dungeons I can tank with ease. b:pleased

    4. Gamma/Delta - tanking that many mobs at once, not realizing how much the aura's enhance your ability to keep up dragon breath, thats kinda cool. Kinda the same thing with Frostcovered City.

I've never done this. I guess I'll give it a go one of these days... maybe...

I'd like to add in: 5. First 3 spark (demon/Sage) DB in heads room. I remember dying so often because of missed stuns. Now I just sweep the room in a few seconds. b:victory

In total, what is cost of your equipment ?

I think, that you have not less than R8 and plenty of time/money to play at this game.

    From your Overall Recent Achievements:

    And

I will point them at your post and your Overall Recent Achievements, so they will restart this game from assassins to Wizards (why you yourself need level 70 assassin, having high level Wizard ?).

I had less than average gear until the last 6 months. I spent about 99% of my cash on fashion and my faction at that time. Why do I have an assassin.. boredom maybe? I have been playing for going on 2 years now..... Yes I have Rank 8 and full TT99... I farmed it... the hard way...with my friends. Happy now? Also you started when? Yeah thought so. The point of my story was I had fun. Nothing else.
