I want change my build to one of the following, but I donot know which is better. Help me out b:pleased

Tell me which one is better and why.

Go with the defense stones. One, your zerk daggers will take the hp away from vit stones anyways, assuming you dont bloodsuck it back very quickly.

Second, defense stones are better for... Defense.
