Hyde for a new chain of quests "Sign of Power"

Hellob:surrender I'am looking for a guide for a "Sign of Power" quests. I don't know for sure how this quest called on PWI, so i can't find it on forum. Please help me, if somebody know where you can read this guide. b:shocked I'm realy sorru for my awful english/

    there is no quest called "Sign of Power". There is an NPC named the Sage of Power, but you're looking for a quest. Do you have any idea what you have to do within the quest? It would help searching

    "Tiger badge quest" or so : )
    I was searching around about it... Everyone says this thing is only for wasting money. And for getting stupid things like fruit or hyper stone.

    In personal opinion - complete kill and waste of money, even the weekly tiger events gives more rewards than this, and all I need for that is a fast ride (I have a 10m/s) and about 25k tele fees.
