Requirements for marriage

Hi! could someone please tell me what the requirements for marriage are? I already know you have to be level 20, you need to go to the match maker in ...Archosaur? and that you need items.

So if there are any other requirements please let me know, also I'd like to know what the items I need are. Are the only required items under the wedding section of the boutique? Someone mentioned to me before that I'd need wedding clothes for myself and my soon-to-be-husband too.. :')
