Gm Help! Lost City Server!

PUT A SIGN UP FOR THIS SORT OF THING! Your a bit in the dark when it comes to this.. just saying..

Okay, To start iv put about $100 into this game (Not much but I only started at chirstmas-ish) I put $20 in every time i have spare cash.

Today (After getting gear *****) I noticed my wings were missing. I called for a GM, None were there (Are there any in LC?).

My wings were spectral's and were bound to my Charecter.

What I want to know is HOW CAN THEY JUST DISAPPEAR? I was told they can brake but they can be fixed with Mirage Celestones? I went to the Blacksmith > Repair Shattered Gear > NOTHING THERE. There wasent a broken pair of wings in my invintory either.

Also, i was planing to put more money in to the game in aprox a week. I wont unless im givin a valid explination to this.
