Loan equipment or item

We need a option that we can give some equipment to other player for a period of time or until we request it back. Sometime i want to give equipment to a faction member to use it but many of them dont give it back when they need it anymore. So it will be nice that we can take it back.
Sry for my bad english im learning it atm.
