Fist or Claw

Should I get Striking Dragon, Windpour-Nirvana, or the Nirvana Fist? And why should I get it? Please, I need to make a decision soon becuz I have the $$$ to make them... xD Thank all for the helping hand...Plus I'm not planning to reforge it anytime soon... ^_^

    The Windpours have the highest overall DPS in the long run only if they come out two sockets, so they cost a lot more to keep the sockets and transfer than to make a pair of TT100s considering the they automatically come out 2 socket.
