DQ Reward problem

I tried to redeem some DQ points for some wraith badges and i go through the usually ****. log in, picked lost city and clicked Maquerade to get the item. went down the list clicked wraith badges and picked the amount

but when i click confirm nothing happens, the window just refreshes and i still have the dq points and my character didnt get the badges..

has any one else had problems getting items for their Earthguard toons and if its just me any idea how to fix it

    It's ongoing, and so far, there's been no word from Frankie on the help forums.

    I made a topic the other day about just this. It took me 4 hours of trying every 10 minutes or so to get my random pigments.

    It FEELS like they're ignoring the problem. So... b:surrender Sounds like we're out of luck right now.

    I was also having a problem getting the Facebook Connect page to load to get a Jones.

    96 Demon Cleric/Sage Seeker
    95 Demon Wiz/
    94 Sage Veno
    85 Psy/80 Mystic
    And a handful of other alts, all 79 and under.

    i can get jones blessing and everything fine on my earthguard just not the DQ rewards just is kinda a bummer because i only just remembered about them today lol

    Do you have an account stash and a non rock character on the same account?

    My Archer was renamed, and because of PWI's system, I can't send DQ stuff to her at all it seems. I have to stash badges and such from another character to her. b:surrender

    well this is a first.. it isnt' working for me either. Sent my sin 50 P stones to test it. it says they're sent in the purchased list...... but points werent' deducted and sin has no mail. Refreshed the page 4 times. Nothing....

    Edit: tried again, to send my sin another 10, then tried sending my veno 5 stones. THOSE two didnt' even show UP in the purchased list....

    FRAAAAAAANKIE!!! b:sad

    ok just done it again and seemed to have sent the points off to my toon will log in game to see if he has mail

    also to the one who asked no i havnt gotton around to buying an account stash yet unfortunatly


    Edit: ok seems to have solved itself for me got my wraith badges and such. hope it works out for the rest of you guys and girls too

    same thing was happening to me. it happened to me twice: choose item and amount, right toon and right server, confirm and nothing happens. when i get to choose the item and amout, i wait for like 1 min before confirm. i've done this twice and worked... so try waiting 1 min after confirming, maybe it works for u too >.> sounds crazy buuut it did work for me =)
