    Are they set colors? Or random? Are they dyeable?

    its perminate. and u can either get it in blue with the 2nd update or yellow with the 3rd faction update of that part. But the yellow is about double the price of the blue. in money and contribution.

    Do you have any idea how much some people here spend on fashion? I've seen maxed out wardrobe's (200 slots) fully filled with fashion, ALL dyed to a certain collor

    This game used to exist off of fashion and training esos. It's not like 17 million is that hard to get if you really try to make money.

    Heck, next time I have the coin to spare; I'm going to get it. It looks great in yellow.
