Xbow of unknown origins

RuneSeeker - Harshlands

So I searched the forums and I couldn't find any info on this xbow. I don't think the weapon comparisons mention it either.
Is this a good xbow for lv 90? Unknown Origin
I'm not sure how much it would cost to get the 7 signs (~15 mil?), and how does it compare to something like Blinding Radiance (as a reasonable pvp wep)?

Olbaze - Sanctuary

The signs are expensive. If you want to buy them, you're looking at 100m+ easy for the bow.

Boogiepanda - Raging Tide

It's a mini TT100.

100m+, get a BL instead.
