Uploading Faction Logo

Hi, my faction is lvl 3, and I'm trying to upload and submit my faction logo, but when I go to the page to do it, it does not let me select the server or character that leads the faction desiring the logo.

The page I'm trying to do this on is: https://register.perfectworld.com/account/faction

Is there another way I can submit the logo, because this page is not working? Thanks.

    Hey Jenabug.. One of our GM's is tasked with helping out with this exact issue. So go ahead and submit a ticket and I'll forward it to them.

    Ok, sorry for closing that one you forwarded, but it did not have the right attachments to it, I submitted a new one. Thank you for responding Oz. b:thanks

    pls can any 1 help me to get a picture i cant make it 16/16 and i cant make it to be a rgb color mode pls can any 1 messige me b:angryb:surrender

    Basically, you open Paint, make the template 16x16, zoom in so you can see what you're doing, draw the icon, then save it as a .bmp. Afterwards you go submit it.

    I personally prefer Gimp.

    In any case, it's a fairly simple process. A bit more complex if you want transparency, but the links I posted above from a simple forum search give you adequate direction.
