Make earthguard and tideborn flyers upgradeable

This should not be that hard to do. They're the exact same thing just with different speeds. It's not like they have to design entirely new ones.

At the very least, make a quest that lets us turn in a flyer and wind widgets and get an upgraded version as a reward.

I agree. It doesn't really make much sense for them to not be upgradable. Its also a bit unfair.
