Anyones wedding resv. get fixed yet?

Been 3 weeks since ours was wiped and and i submitted a ticket, and still no solution. Just curious if I'm not the only one lol b:puzzled

    two folks who are in the faction im in got theirs totally screwed up by the time change, and they lost their chance at a church wedding. last i heard, their ticket hadn't even been answered. i've only been to one so far, but it looks to me like there is a lot of the whole deal still snafued, and badly in need of fixing. so beautiful a place, but the details are screwed up.
