Is FB runs harder if tabbed before run?

I just helped out on a fb 29 and for the first time it got tabbed at the beginning.
The run seemed harder to do and my normal routine did not work. My pet died before opening the door. I use to be able to throw my pet right at the tower while all the mobs attacked it BUT not this time, it died at 80% and i had to finish the job.
So either i had a bad day or tabbin at the binning makes it harder.
anyone got any idea on this?

    Maybe you forgot to heal it, and there were too many mobs on it. Tabbing before the run shouldn't have any effect on the mobs strength in the instance. Maybe you did just have a bad day XD.

    if i healed it than the mobs would come after me.
    serves me right for being lazy by not pulling and goodie goodie by opening the door first.
