Enchanted Lanternguard

Hi,

I am trying to do the quest called:
Plume of Twilight - Lamp of Chaos - Enchanted Lantenguard

Problem is... I can't find the Enchanted Lanterguard ANYWHERE in that specified area. I looked on the ground and in the air. Even though the hint had suggested to look in the air. But I didn't find it.
I tried he PW Database and it only tells me the bosses stats, but not where it is located.

Can anyone tell me if they have done this quest and where to find the boss please?

    Hi
    I just did this quest
    If you autopath to where it says and wait there it will eventually turn up. It is at 67 high and does a very large circle around the tower. Does about the same damage as Blackhole Devourer.

    i already go there but can find the boss already did one boss there but didnt have the name we need and i didnt done quest i try all day go there but still nothing any help ?
