Why can't I use my DQ Points?

So, I've earned enough DQ Points for a Cerberus Pup (yeah, I know, what a waste of DQ Points...), I click on the right server, right toon and click "Send". So, a new window comes up to confirm. "Please confirm that you're about to send Faisk from HeavensTear the following item: Cerberus Pup Egg". When I confirm, the page just loads again and that's it. My DQ points are still there, untouched, and my Cerberus won't come!! I tried like 10 times and the same thing happens all over again :( Can't I have a Cerberus? System problem? No more pups? b:cry
