Nirvana Drops and Drops In General suggestions

I would like to point out one thing about Nirvana drops. It sucks!!! Bosses drop boxes and this gets picked up by some random people and random people getting random stuffs. Well sometimes not random if they get an uncanny and they say it's a mirage or worst, a perfect stone!!! It doesn't promote honesty at all if one wants to keep a crystal for himself!!! So I'd really like to see Devs (and people and players voting for that to be reworked) working on bosses dropping the stuffs, even if a **** thing like a perfect stone, instead of boxes. That will really discourage people from defrauding others!!!

And about drops in general, it would be good to revamp it. We have random and free for all drops. That's nice although people go for random most of time by default. What about 'All to leader/banker' drop in case of squading. For example when banking in TT, everyone gets things randomly and gives it back to banker. It's a waste of time and effort, especially if someone has full invent and has to throw something away and pick it up and then throw it down again or trade to banker!!! Get real, it's time to evolve PW!!!
