    17.8m, they get more colors as you upgrade the vault but its too much

    Anyone that wants to spend 17.m to look like either Carnival extra or an ripe frilly Banana is either toally nuts or has absolutely no taste.. unless of course i am totally missing something here.. the point of PW is to kick ***.. surely those frilly folk would be better to spend there coin on getting there gear upto scratch and less time dressing like Carni folk.. (no offense to any Carni folk out there)b:chuckle
