TT not resetting

Staryu - Dreamweaver

I entered TT3-2 solo, killed the bosses, then teleported out. I enter back 36 minutes later, and it's still not reset. I did the same thing on Friday, and it reset fine. It's supposed to take only 20 min to reset, but it doesn't work today for some reason.

EDIT: Nevermind. I might have miscalculated the time.
